How does screen sharing work?
Screen Copilot uses your browser's built-in screen sharing feature. When you click 'Start Sharing', you can choose to share your entire screen, a specific window, or just a browser tab. The AI analyzes what you share to provide context-aware assistance.
Is my screen data stored on your servers?
By default, no. Screen captures are processed in real-time and not stored on our servers. You have the option to enable cloud storage if you want to access your data across devices.
What browsers are supported?
Screen Copilot works with all modern browsers including Chrome 72+, Firefox 66+, Safari 13+, and Edge 79+. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Chrome.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Screen Copilot, contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund.
What happens when I reach my daily limit?
Once you reach your daily limit, you can continue using the chat interface without screen sharing, or wait for your limit to reset at midnight UTC. You can also upgrade to a plan with higher limits.
