Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase as outlined in our Refund Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE AI GUIDANCE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS. USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCREEN COPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms
